- Terms and Conditions - Carriers & Strollers Required: Pets must remain inside your own pet stroller or carrier at all times while in the indoor/air-conditioned zones of Central Pinklao. Not allowed to walk directly on the mall floors - Restricted Areas: Food courts / Dining hubs, Playlands and children's zones, Cinemas - Elevators Only: Pets and their carriers/strollers are not allowed on escalators - Owner must clean up and properly dispose of all pet waste, control your pet's noise and behavior at all times, pets should have standard vaccinations., assume full legal and financial.
