- Terms and Conditions - Indoors/air-conditioned areas: Pets must stay in a pet stroller or carrier at all times and may not walk on the floor - Restricted areas: Supermarket (Tops Food Hall), food court, playgrounds and kids' zones, cinema, and some floors of the mall - Elevators only: Pets, pet strollers and carriers are not allowed on escalators - Owner responsibilities: Owners must pick up and properly dispose of pet waste, and keep pets from making loud noise or disturbing others. Pets should be vaccinated to standard requirements. Owners are fully legally and financially responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pets
