- Terms and Conditions - Carrier or Stroller Rule: Pets must be kept inside a pet stroller or a sealed pet carrier at all times when inside the indoor/air-conditioned areas of the mall. Leashed walking is generally not permitted in standard indoor zones. - Elevator Usage: Pet owners must use designated passenger elevators and are prohibited from using escalators with pets for safety reasons. - Restricted Areas: Supermarkets (such as Tops Food Hall), Food courts and dining areas, Playlands or children's zones, Movie theaters - Owners must clean up and properly dispose of any waste or excrement from their pets. - Pets brought into the mall must be healthy, free of contagious diseases, and up-to-date on standard vaccinations.
